4-Way Test Presentation at Pacific Horizons School

August 22, 2023 - Rotarians Faafua Cummings and Agnes Polu presented the 4-Way Test to the senior class of Pacific Horizons School this week. The presentation was held as part of the class's College Preparation activities and included many PHS Interact Club members.

Faafua, who prepared snacks for the event, said, "I’m a Rotarian and a mom of a senior at PHS. Like every other parent, we’re proud of this moment but we are also wary of the next chapter. We want the best for our children. We want them to have the best tools as they step into adulthood and find their place in this world."

"The 4-Way Test is a personal test or moral guide that's helpful for many decisions; whether what you’re deciding is as simple as “Should I go to bed now or watch another tv show?" or “What career would I like to pursue?” This process fosters considerate, caring and honest behavior."

Agnes, a Past President of the Rotary Club of Pago Pago, gave an overview of the 4-Way Test to the students and gave them examples of how to use it in their daily personal and professional lives.
